You can avoid shipping charges by opting for free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 2 to 7 business days. We’ll send you an email when your order is ready, which will include pickup instructions.

As a general rule, orders for items weighing more than 30 KGS will be delivered on pallet in most cases. When a shipping fee is paid at checkout, pallet delivery will also be used. For multiple item purchases, only one pallet delivery charge will apply, regardless of whether you buy one item or six; the price for delivery will remain the same.
We also offer discounts for larger and multiple orders.

Delivery Process and Guidelines

*Dispatch Notification: Once your order has been dispatched, your local depot will reach out to arrange a suitable weekday delivery.
*Delivery Confirmation: We will never deliver a pallet without first making arrangements with you.
*Access Issues: It is crucial to inform us of any access problems for large vehicles when placing your order.
*Inspection Requirement: Upon delivery, you must check the item to ensure it is in satisfactory condition before signing the delivery note.
*Signing the Delivery Note: Signing the delivery note confirms that you acknowledge the item has been received in good condition. No claims for damage or other issues can be made after signing. Signing as “unchecked” or “not inspected” will not alter this condition.
*Inspection Time: Do not let the driver rush you into signing the delivery note without conducting a thorough inspection.
*Driver’s Responsibility: The delivery driver will place the pallet as close to your desired location as conditions allow. Note that the pallet truck cannot traverse soft ground, gravel, or steps.The driver is not contracted to remove the item from the pallet.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, you must email us within 1 working days of receiving the goods.

Please be aware that we cannot arrange an absolute guarantee delivery date for an order as the delivery itself is performed by a third party courier and, although it is very rare, failures do sometimes occur due to misrouting of a parcel/pallet.

The delivery for ornament(s) can be anywhere in Great Britain but if you are outside of mainland UK, for example if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Islands or Republic of Ireland then the couriers could add an additional charge.

This also includes these postcodes AB, BT, DD, FK, IV, KA, 27-28, KY, KW, PA, PH & TR but please contact beforehand so We can give you the correct postage cost. Some of these postcodes do still come under the mainland UK so please message us.

Small items up to 10kg – £8,90
Medium items up to 29kg – £11,90
Large itmes over 30kg – £59
